1What are your prices for treatments?
Prices for our treatments are advertised on our Appointments page and for all corporate and event service prices will be quoted based on enquiries.
2Can I claim this on my health fund?
Yes. Our therapists are registered with most private Health Funds. Health Fund Electronic Claiming is available for your convenience, which means that with the majority of Health Funds, you can claim instantly on the day. If your Health Fund is not registered with CSC Healthpoint Claims for Remedial Massage, we are able to issue you with a receipt with which you can then claim your rebate either online or manually. Please confirm with reception that your therapist will allow you to claim on the service for your specific Healthfund.
3What happens if I’m running late or if I can’t make my appointment?
We request at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that cancellation fees will apply with less than 24 hours notice. If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate you so that your session is not compromised. Please bear in mind that this may not always be possible due to other appointments and that the session will be charged at the booked rate.
4What are your cancellation / rescheduling policies?
The most important factor in improving one’s health and wellbeing is consistency. Regular treatments and turning up for each session is just as important as the quality of each treatment. Complete Body Dynamics understands there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Your appointment is valuable to both of us. As a result, please respect this and provide us 24 hours notice to any appointment changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email us at email@example.com Please leave a message and we'll give you a call/email at our earliest convenience. Because we have specifically kept your appointment for you, the following cancellation fees will apply should appropriate notice not be given.
- Cancel or reschedule with less than 4 hours notice: 50% booked appointment fee – if we cannot fill the appointment
- Missed appointment: 100% cancellation fee
- Serious Illness or serious medical emergency
- Serious Accident or illness of a client’s family, relatives, close friends
5What are your prices for corporate massage / sports event coverage/ first aid service?
To ensure that you receive the best value for money, we will provide you with an individual quote upon your enquiry. Please include the following information when using the online enquiry form
- Number of therapists/sports trainers or first aid officers required
- Any specialised equipment required at the event (sports trainer/first aid officer only)
- Place, time and date requested
- Length of time required per person
- Number of people requiring massage treatments (corporate massage only)
- If you would prefer seated massage or tables (corporate massage only)
6What are your payment policies?
Payment methods accepted include cash, debit or credit cards via EFTPOS. BARTERCARD & EFT. For your convenience CSC Healthpoint Claims is also available so that you can claim your rebate instantly from your Health Fund.
7How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Whether it’s for a birthday, an anniversary, or a special event! Just let us know the details of who the certificate is for, and the value you wish it for and we will happily send them one of or personalised gift certificates. 8What do I need to know about my appointment?
Your scheduled appointment time is the time that your massage starts. • Please schedule sufficient time prior to your appointment to allow for traffic, parking, use of the facilities and/or changing, or to fill in any necessary paperwork. • Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated appointment.
9What forms do I need to fill in prior to my first visit?
Please complete a Client Information & Consent form and bring it with you to your first appointment.
